Mango Salad:

Recipe Fish
Ingredients ( 4 portions)
600 gram fillet
Genuine butter
Black pepper
Salt

Red wine sauce:
5 cup good red wine
1 Each small yellow onion, chopped
3 tablespoons veal stock
1 Each sprig fresh thyme
1 Each clove garlic, crushed
1-2 tsp sugar

Red Onion Butter:
200 g butter
1 red onion
½ cup fresh parsley
½ lemon
Salt
Pepper

Do this:

1 tablespoons sugar

Curry Mixture:
1 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tbsp yellow curry
1 tbsp Ground coriander
1 tablespoon Ground ginger
1 Each Lemongrass Stalk, finely grated
1 tablespoons black sesame seeds

Mango Salsa:
1 Each Ripe mango, skalad
4 Each Plum Tomatoes
1/2 Each Cucumber, peeled and utkärnad
1/2 Each Bunch coriander
1/2 Each green chili
2 st (Juice from) grilled lime
1 cup olive oil
1/2 dl Water

Do this:

Frozen cod

Tzatziki:
4 dl Greek or Turkish yogurt
2 Garlic cloves
1 Cucumber
