In detta fish reportage, Ice fishing for trout takes Göran Borin with us at this year's ice premiered in Loberg Tjärn, Karlsdal.
Finally got this winter season's first pimpletur and it was in Loberg Tjärn as it is in char throughout the ice season. Mike and I arranged a meeting at Marie's shopping malls outside Örebro so we could carpool up to Karlsdal. Now we did not think that it is the penultimate day before Christmas that people can do your Christmas shopping for when we came back late afternoon, it was quite a lot of cars in the area.
When we arrived at Loberg Tarn there were some fishermen there already and Tomas Elvstrand family also came simultaneously with Us. Pack the car and on the surface overalls and then out on the ice with great expectations for a real exciting fishing day.
Finally pirkarna in the water and now it can begin.
We went over to the other side as Mike felt that it could be a good area for char to circulate around on today. As usual when it comes to fishing spot drills quickly a hole on a Blanke on jigging rod and a shrimp as an appetizer. After a few minutes, we noticed some careful tug on the rope but no one wanted real chop.
A perfect day of fishing for trout!
An hour passed, and Thomas shouted and got a nice char, today's first! A little time passed and Mike changed to its mormyrska rod and received several sensations of cautious fish but then pulled it off and up came a nice char. Almost the minute he got a when he had quickly changed the jig rod to Blanke with flashing, now he's really in shock!
And now also got Ulrika a nice char and the day could be started worse for us, and yet it is not over.
And a little while later I switched to my mormyyrska rod and hook filled with 6-7 pieces maggots. Already after a short while, I felt that someone was there and nibbled at the bait and then came the redemptive hewn and up came a nice char. After a quick unhooking went mormyrskan down the hole again and the trout bite properly and this was even more lively and did not quite hit me. But up came on and now it was out of maggot so on with new and continue to fish.
Catch of the day for me was two fine Chars.
And just when I got up my two it was Thomas's turn to pull up his second of the day and a little later, Micke its third. But then appeared calm for us on the ice and we packed up at two o'clock, and then we had advanced by the time of approximately 5 hours of fishing and we began to be satisfied for this time.
